alhamdulillah.. my practical habis sudah..

8 weeks of sakit kepala, sakit suara dan sakit hati.

hehehe.

8 minggu yang mengajar aku untuk bersabar

dengan karenah anak-anak muda yang baru belajar

yang baru kan naik remaja

yang sudah pandai menyamseng

and so on..

now....

i kinda miss the lovable kids.

today is my second day for Teaching Practise.

GRRRR.

i hate first day.

'cause it's boring. hehe.

baru jua duduk around 15mins,

sudah tia kana bagi jadual mengajar.

and im full baby.

kepisan lah kapai-kapai.. :)

so far objektif pembelajaran tercapai. :D

and kawalan kelas adalah terbaik! hehe.

im not that pemarah kind of teacher *not!

but the kids are good..

Stress
Stress can affect many things in our lives, including our periods. Sometimes we're so stressed out that our body decreases the amount of a hormone (GnRH), which causes us to not ovulate or menstruate. Working with your doctor or midwife can help you figure out what you need to do to relax and get back on schedule.
Illness
A sudden, short illness or even a longer illness can cause your periods to be delayed. This is usually temporary.
Change in Schedules
Changing schedules can really throw off your body clock. This is particularly true if you go from days to nights at work or vice versa.
Change in Medications
Perhaps you're trying a new medication and a delayed or absent period is the cause. Be sure to talk to your doctor or midwife about this side effect. It is very common with some methods of birth control.
Being Overweight
Carrying around too much weight can hormonally shift your cycles and even stop them. Most women will see a return to normal cycles and fertility with the loss of some weight.
Being Underweight
If you do not have enough body fat you will not have regular periods, sometimes you can eve cause your periods to stop all together. This is called amenorrhea. Typically a weight gain will help you have your periods return. This is a frequent cause of a missed period in women who work out to an extreme or are professional athletes.
Miscalculation
The menstrual cycle varies from woman to woman. While we say that the average menstrual cycle is 28 days long, that is not true for everyone. Sometimes our period is believed to be late when in all actuality we have simply miscalculated. If you have irregular menstrual cycles, but know when you ovulate, look for your period about two weeks after you ovulate. That may help you keep an easier track of your periods.
Peri-Menopause
Peri-menopause is the period of time where you are transitioning from reproductive age to a non-reproductive age. Your periods may be lighter, heavier, more frequent or less frequent - but mostly just not normal. If you do not wish to get pregnant, be sure to continue to use birth control because you are likely to still be fertile at least some of the time.
Menopause

Pregnancy

i've been having this since i was in form 3 or 4. sometimes it was normal for approx 9 months, after that bebalik lagi semula. grrr. sometimes it late for 3 months. after sudah period, sakit minta ampun. i almost pengsan you know. and the sakit.... i can't explain. too painful! what i got the feedback from family and friends, warna muka dari mata ke bibir putih yo.

while my late grandma still ada, puas ni dibawa nya ber-urut etcs. but masih jua sama. huhu. and once this year, the 'thing' is purple-ish.. macam manisan jua ada. :S i freaked out. but i kept it to myself.

friends keep told me to wear this, eat that, urut there and blablabla. but im not that traditional kind of person. although i believed that the urut and blablabla is sometimes mujarab, but i seriously rejected it when people offer me. the cause? i don't know. lol.

* Mendakwa penjelmaan zat Allah dalam jasad Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.

* Mengaku sebagai wali Allah dan berjumpa Nabi Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.MUIB yang bersidang pada 10 Syaaban 1414 bersamaan 22 Januari 1994 telah memutuskan supaya ajaran Abdul Razak Muhammad diharamkan dan diwartakan sebagai Ajaran-ajaran Salah yang bertentangan dengan akidah Ahli Sunnah waljamaah dan pada 15 Jamadilakhir 1423H/24 Ogos 2002M telah diwartakan dalam Warta Kerajaan Bahagian IV, Naskah LII Bil: 18, Akta Majlis Ugama Islam dan Mahkamah-Mahkamah Kadi Penggal 77 oleh Kerajaan Negara Brunei Darussalam pada Ogos 2002. Ajaran tersebut juga diharamkan di bawah Akta Persatuan-Persatuan Penggal 66 dalam Warta Kerajaan No. 144 bertarikh 25 Zulkaedah 1415 bersamaan 25 April 1995.
